You know that they have a great environment, but what about it draws you to them? For instance, do you have interesting information about the way that they treat the community and how they deal with impressive and cutting edge technology? Bringing up details like this one will let them know that you have done your homework and that you are eager for everything that they represent. This will show them that you are going to be a good investment.
Another thing that they need to ask you when you are looking for a job is what kind of strengths that you have to offer. Remember that you do not want to give a generic response here. They have heard lots of other candidates say that they are good communicators and that they work well with others. You need to give them examples of how those strengths have worked in the past. Similarly, you will find that you are in a place where you can show them what you can do for them. Take some time and make sure that you are considered what your options are and how you are going to show them how well you work.
