Job and career both are very important terms in our lives. We work not only to earn money but also to make our career. Career is for long-term. Career implies the period of your particular activity like your education, profession or employment.

There are educational careers and professional careers as well. People take their jobs and careers seriously. They are aimed to perform well and build good career. When you start from a point to build your career you should start from a smaller point. Your start should not be on the large scale in the large area. You should make your beginning in a smaller pond and gradually move to the higher levels. The job and career both are interrelated. Career is dependent on job. When there is no job the career stagnates at that time. The career holder should start swimming in the smaller pond at the beginning of the career.

It is not wise to swim in the ocean at the beginning of the career. It is always better to avoid taking risk in the inception of the career or job. When you want to take up a job then you should begin from where you are capable of beginning. If you are a college graduate then you should begin from the entry-level jobs. The entry-level jobs are more suitable for the young and new professionals. When they learn the work and become capable of moving ahead then they can progress to higher levels. Swimming in a smaller pond, means starting at a low level and moving ahead gradually, as you learn to work. If you start swimming in a large ocean when you are not capable of swimming in it then there are sure chances that you may drown. Therefore the career or job at the beginning should be taken up on the small scale and at entry-level.

The human resource employment and human resource careers are secured in nature. The human resource careers and human resource jobs are flourishing. There is growing need for human resource jobs and human resource employment.
