Within HR, the Global People Strategy team ideates, advises, and influences our integrated people strategy - comprehensive of People Solutions, COEs, and Business HR - in support of our enterprise priorities.
We are looking for a Director of Business HR (BHR) Strategy who will provide strategic and consultative support for our BHR and executive leaders, ensure the execution of the business talent agenda, and enable Geo, Functional, and Brand strategies. This role will support the Corporate Functions portfolio of leaders at Nike - Legal, HR, Finance, Strategy, Communications - to identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities, catalyze action against these priorities through strategic and business planning processes, and spearhead ground-breaking HR projects across Nike’s diverse set of people, businesses, and geographies.

Identifying, tracking, and analyzing emerging trends that may impact our people strategy and the business
Incorporating findings into the monthly, quarterly, and annual strategic planning processes
Leading projects with cross-functional business partners and subject matter experts
