Do I have the skills?
Possess understanding of business process design and various System Development Lifecycle Methodologies. Advanced knowledge of networks, computer / operating systems, applications, and IT equipment. Advanced skill level in administration of systems- HR Business, Time and Attendance, Payroll. Ability to lead and mentor junior team members through business mapping and system analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to understand, represent & communicate technical information to non-technical team members. Be able to run and own a project. Lead and participate in complex system design. Lead cross functional meetings, functional/technical specification reviews, and root cause analysis investigations. Provide direction to vendors and stay current to latest technology and systems
This person is typically part of one or more solution development teams. He or she must have a balanced mix of technical and business skills and will work very closely with multiple enterprise architects for strategic direction. They create solution designs across one or more applications or services that deliver business value. This role is primarily a technical role but must have strong business acumen.
Provide consulting support to project teams to ensure the project is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture. Monitors the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements. Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models. Develops roadmap for the evolution of the IT asset portfolio from future to current state. Identify the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures or culture) and financial impact of the solutions architecture.

Requirements:
8 plus years of IT experience
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or an equivalent degree with experience equating to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
Experience with two or more IT technology solution development disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations
Experience with 2 or more system development life cycle methodologies (such as waterfall, spiral, agile software development, rapid prototyping, incremental, synchronize and stabilize, and DevOps)
In depth understanding of reference architectures in 2 or more areas
In depth understanding and knowledge of IT standards and controls
Experience in 2 or more business domains or technology architectures
Experience developing and communicating a capability/application roadmap
