Responsibilities :
Build & lead the global team of BMS Sourcing Specialists involved in various initiatives and campaigns across the globe.
Develop and implement talent pipeline development strategies to identify high potential candidates, by utilizing all available candidate sources globally (LinkedIn, professional associations, conference programs, attendee lists, social media, etc.).
Own and excel in the ongoing Talent Pipeline Relationship Management responsibility by engaging high-quality passive talent to assess their drivers (timing, location, career aspirations) and fit for current or future positions at BMS.
Develop and implement strategies and programs that will result in a dynamic and superior candidate experience and candidate satisfaction
Partner with the Talent Strategy & Innovation team on the management of sourcing channels to build diverse candidate pipelines utilizing various sourcing methodologies, channels, tools and technologies
Partner with People Services Service Management and Reporting Teams and/or HR Analytics to provide data and analysis for all reporting required
Liaise with Talent Acquisition Leads to comprehend workforce plans and hiring demand plans in order to develop short and long term sourcing strategies to meet strategic recruitment goals
Provide sourcing expertise, as well as input on external trends and best practices to TA teams across the globe
Responsible for data integrity within the Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management systems and other related tools
For events:
Liaise with the TA leads to understand the objectives of participation in industry conferences and congresses.
Liaise with the PBRG leaders as appropriate to understand the objectives of participation in prioritized diversity focused conferences and congresses. Note the PBRG's will lead participation, establish objectives for participation, and engage with business leaders as necessary
Support participation in conferences and congresses as required Requirements:
10 years sourcing/recruiting leadership experience; 5 years' experience within a Pharmaceutical/Biotech environment with emphasis on scientific/technical area strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to synthesize ad hoc market intelligence data to provide information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.) to be used at business strategy level Expert level knowledge in candidate attraction and relationship building
Expert level of knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, and networking.
Experienced people manager with the ability to manage a team of professionals, maintaining engagement, development and delivery of all accountabilities
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of a highly matrixed organization with the ability to work across cross-functional, cross-organizational teams
Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate with colleagues in the Centers of Expertise and peers in People Services to deliver the high quality talent for the company
Demonstrated ability to develop meaningful and trusted relationships with all levels of an organization
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage deadlines for a variety of active and proactive requisitions and pipeline priorities. Strong understanding of technology and experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, social media, and other predictive tools
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence others to accomplish goals and objectives
Demonstrated ability to partner, manage and influence virtually
Demonstrated ability to work with outsource providers and contractors, if necessary Minimum Requirements/Knowledge Desired:
Bachelor's Degree and 7 -10 years relevant experience
Consulting skills/ impact and influence abilities/ strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and project management skills
