Description

The Senior Recruiter interviews prospective employees for hourly and salaried positions. Assists with university graduate and professional recruiting. The Senior Recruiter work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

Work with all members of Executive recruiting team to align candidate sourcing with targeted positions. *Hunts for creative ways to get the attention of passive candidates and outreaches continually generate leads for all markets.Source candidates for select roles with a focus on identifying talent through various digital media, sourcing channels, and local/national outreach efforts.Create, update and maintain research for competitor landscape details, Chamber of Commerce events tailored to healthcare field, association meetings and conferences, and market intelInput and maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates in the CRM databaseCoordinate and execute marketing campaigns and strategy in partnership with TA Marketing teamPull market analysis including compensation data and provide recommendations to the Recruiters on recruiting strategy. Acts as a Boolean logic expertHand off qualified candidates to Recruiters

Required Qualifications

Strong work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency, proactive with ability to work within a teamBachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experienceAt least 3 years demonstrated experience and success creating and implementing sourcing strategiesExperience and knowledge of passive sourcing approaches, tools and technologiesExperience in a corporate recruiting and/or staffing environmentStrong work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency, proactive with ability to work within a teamRequires proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong technical ability and able to quickly pickup different systems and databasesSelf-starter and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

Recruiting experience in the health solutions and/or insurance industriesStrong knowledge of Boolean searches*Experience hosting online meeting sessions through WebEx or other technologies

Additional Information

As a WAH associate, you will be required to work from your own home and no other location. You must have a room in your home designated as a home office; away from high traffic areas where confidential information may be secured. You must provide your own high speed DSL or a cable modem. Satellite and/or wireless internet connections are NOT permitted. A minimum internet speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) internet speed is required.
