The Director of Organizational Development (OD)

oversees Quantum Health’s talent management and learning and development (L&D) initiatives, and provides the framework for performance management and change management programs across the business. Facilitating services for associates with a variety of professional backgrounds in Operations (customer service), Clinical (primarily nursing) and Support Staff (corporate and technology), this leader will develop and champion talent initiatives with an enterprise mindset, positioning Quantum Health for continued growth.

What you’ll do

Lead the implementation and management of a comprehensive talent management and organizational development strategy for our hyper-growth organization.  

Nurture a learning culture and manage learning outcomes, achievements and rewards across the enterprise.  

Assesses the success of current learning and talent management programs (annual review/calibrations, check-ins/performance reviews, succession planning, new leader assimilations, Development Dimensions International (DDI) training curriculum, etc.) and adjust as necessary. 

Create best practices, tools and resources for HR Business Partners, people leaders and the business holistically.  

Oversee the design and execution of any/all applicable change management initiatives. 

Provide thought leadership and consulting in the areas of organization design, learning & development and change management. 

Coach and mentor Learning and Development facilitator(s), instructional designer(s) and other related team members.  

All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; graduate degree and/or industry certifications preferred.  

Experience: 8 years of Learning & Development, Talent Management and/or Organizational Development experience. 

Prior working experience in high-growth companies undergoing exponential/double-digit growth preferred.  

Leadership: 3 years of people leadership experience. 

Well-versed in a variety of industry-related platforms, technologies, tools and resources (ex: HR Information Systems/HRIS/HCM, Learning Management Systems/LMS, curriculum/training providers, etc.)  

Passionate about learning, employee development and organizational design. 

Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently. 

Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
