Job Details:
This position is slated for candidates who are currently working at this facility. Priority consideration will be provided to these applicants first. If local Team Members are not selected, Team Members from other locations will then be reviewed for consideration.

Summary: The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing superior customer service to all levels of the facility through administrative support. The HR Coordinator will perform a variety of functions including preparation of presentations and reports; maintaining information systems/databases and generating key reports; file and inventory management; and other duties as requested. The HR Coordinator will have the opportunity to work with all departments in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide primary administrative support to the HR team.
Primary contact for external inquires and employee resource for general information regarding benefits, compensation, direction about current position, applying for internal job openings and other questions/concerns.
Assist in conduct required trainings (GBP, Sexual Harassment, etc.) to remain compliant.
Conduct basic fact findings/investigations based on the content of the complaint and as directed by HRM
Assist in the development and posting of all organizational announcements and maintain facility communication boards and monitors.
Coordinate and continue to improve recruitment processes including utilizing online recruitment tool- Workday, arranging onsite interviews and tours, scheduling drug screens and physicals, processing background checks and administering new hire paperwork to ensure completion of all required documents.
Assists with maintenance of employee attendance database in accordance to established work rules and assists in preparing attendance warnings to be issued by supervisors.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and memos utilizing full knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Assists with organization of company-wide activities, retirements, dinners, service awards programs, holiday events and employee recognition events.
Maintain employee database (Workday, Kronos etc.) by creating and processing forms throughout the employment cycle including new hire forms, job change forms, pay modifications, etc.
Assist in payroll processing.
Assist in FMLA tracking.
Generate and analyze reports from workday and other databases identifying key trends and recommending improvements.
Create and maintain organizational charts and employee directory.
Assist in employee event planning and administration of local rewards and recognition programs.
Create, maintain and organize employee personnel files, I-9’s, and other documentation to ensure compliance to company retention policy.
Contribute to a continuous improvement environment by participating in activities such as line side problem solving. (LEAN Manufacturing)
Contribute to a safe and organized work environment by maintaining a clean and orderly work space. (5S program)
Assist and support all facility/HR activities as needed.
Perform all other duties/special projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.
3-5 years experience providing administrative support preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, proofing and analyzing materials.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful, demonstrate business acumen, creative thinking skills and be able to act as a decision maker.
Maintain confidentiality of personnel and payroll information.
Bilingual preferred Language depend on location needs
