Summary: The HR Change & Delivery Specialist will support, design and guide the implementation of the HR Change strategy and programs to support the business and shape our future workforce. This position will be part of a team of change management professionals to track and improve service delivery metrics for key change initiatives and transformation projects, delivering an excellent team member experience. Projects could relate to business and process improvement or organizational development.Responsibilities Include: Creating and implementing Change Management strategies and plans for strategic projects that maximize employee engagement and adoption through the development and implementation of change management tools and processes Facilitating interventions for audience-specific change impacts Building and maintaining effective foundational partnerships across the organization to develop deep implementation plans for key projects (i.e. Learning & Development to ensure effective Training Strategy and training deliverables, HR/Business for organization/staffing, Corporate Communications for input and messaging distribution) Navigating complex and diverse work environments where you will work closely with HR leadership, frontline employees and local business leaders. End to end change delivery covering key stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, testing readiness and acceptance, managing risk and issues, and demonstrating strong leadership across the business Utilizing technical and industry knowledge in the areas of Change Management, Organizational Development and human centered design to drive the right experiences in creating lasting change Supporting the planning and content development of project training and communication Executing and analyze project survey and assessments. Contributing to the development and innovation of Change methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers and training effortsRequirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Project Management, Change Management, or related field. Specialists certifications in Change Management eg. Prosci, Agile, CCMP. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.Experience: 5 years relevant work experienceComputer Skills: Basic computer skills with advanced knowledge of Change & project Management systems, tracking systemsCommunication Skills: This position is expected to communicate recommendations and strategically influence across a broad range of users, stakeholders, and management. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team member must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization.Special Skills: Knowledge in change strategy and implementation models and frameworks; Ability to drive improvement and integration of processes, technology, and people through workforce shaping. Proven ability to manage large scale cross functional change projects using the best in class methodologies; Strong analytical, technical, and strategic skills to drive efficiencies.Supervisory: NoTravel: 5-10 domestic trips per year.
