\u003cp\u003e\u0026bull; Responsible for the leading and implementation of non-attorney compensation plans. This includes all areas related to compensation requirements including job descriptions and evaluations, FLSA testing, salary administration, and conducting compensation analyses and forecasting.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u0026bull; Responsible for championing the annual merit and bonus planning process to include schedules, communications, budgeting, systems/tools configuration. Responsible for presenting findings and recommendations to executive leadership.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u0026bull; Responsible for collaborating and coordinating with outside vendor to perform regular compensation benchmarking and analyze market data trends.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u0026bull; Responsible for acting as Subject Matter Expert on all things related to non-attorney compensation\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u0026bull; Responsible for performing ad-hoc compensation bench marketing and market analysis, communicating findings effectively and clearly, and making recommendations based on business needs.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u0026bull; Responsible for collaborating with firm management for rollout and execution of employee/candidate-facing programs and initiatives.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e\u0026bull; Responsible for providing analytics support and data analysis, preparing ad-hoc and regular management reports and metrics.\u003c/p\u003e
