Job Description

Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Irving, TX: Manager, Client Benefits to design, plan, and manage information technology (IT) projects to deliver efficient technical solutions. Duties include: manage project execution for multiple software applications to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, schedule, and scope; utilize the RxClaim Adjudication platform to develop optimized database query reports for complex and highly regulated lines of business, such as Medicare and Medicaid, and monitor and track project milestones and deliverables; serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects leveraging expert knowledge of RxClaim data structures and query design to assist Client Benefits teams in providing high quality benefits solutions to clients of the company's industry leading Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Medicare Prescription Benefits Services; analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design and confer with teams and project managers on limitations and capabilities for data processing projects; construct quality dashboards and management reports and assess current and future needs; promote proper implementation of Agile techniques and principles for sprint planning and estimation and implement measures and metrics to demonstrate business value for new Quality initiatives; conduct functional, nonfunctional, performance, integration, and end-to-end testing of newly created automated query scripts and validate and review results; evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to product high quality software product platforms, and collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance, and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions; and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and provide recommendations on benefit plan design for RxClaim application software, database, tables and files. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following: Providing domain support for healthcare or retail pharmacy organization; Pharmacy Benefit Management; CL/400, DB2/400, SYNON/COOL 2E, and RPGLE; Testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; and Software development lifecycle.
