JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Processing two US payrolls; bi-weekly (30-40 FTE) and semi-monthly (270-300 FTE) in the US with ADP Workforce Now
Monthly international payrolls; communicate changes to 3rd Party international payroll processor for 11 locations (4 locations of 25-35 FTE, 7 with
Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data
Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
Liaise with other professionals
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
Responsible for the coordination of efforts between payroll, human resources, accounting, operations and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports)
Review monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings and reporting which are prepared by ADP
Respond to and resolve any inquiries
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree; professional certification (e.g. CPP, CPM) is a plus
Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar role, minimum 3 years
Excellent understanding of multi-company, multi-location payroll and related taxes
Above average proficiency in ADP software/HRIS and MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills, extremely organized, flexible, self-starter.
