Job Summary
Responsible for participating in the development of Comcast Business Enterprise Sales and CB HQ long-term business objectives, personnel philosophy and strategic planning in relation to personnel programs and trends in Human Resources management. Administers Human Resources policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees within the Company. Provides support and direction to Human Resources administrative staff in regard to Human Resources polices, EEO, wage and salary management, benefits and training. Directs training staff to ensure that all required training programs are completed and documented. Develops Human Resources strategies and implements plans that align with Company and Division business objectives. Provides leadership and direction for team which may include multiple functional areas. Develops and implements strategy for functional area(s). May have responsibility for developing and managing budget.

Core Responsibilities
Facilitates strategic planning and management for the Human Resources Department; provides guidance and expertise in the management of Human Resources for the Company.
Provides interpretation of Company policies and state legal requirements. Provides for communications with other departments regarding human resources issues.
Serves on the senior leadership team and assists and guides departments and offices in the resolution of conflicts and implementation of new and revised laws and regulations.
Guides and manages the overall delivery of Human Resources services, policies and functions for the Company.
Directs planning and administration of corporate compensation and total rewards throughout the Company and other services as appropriate.
Coordinates the implementation of services, policies and programs through Human Resources staff; provides leadership, coaching and education to professional and administrative support staff, sharing knowledge and assisting them to be more effective.
Serves as a liaison between the Human Resources department and other offices, departments and organizations. Leads integrated work teams and cross-functional projects. Builds relationships to foster successful collaborations.
Develops a superior workforce and a culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
