Position Summary
The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support for Under Armour’s global compensation programs, including benchmarking, short- and long-term incentives, pay analysis, and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) administration. The Compensation Analyst will also collaborate with other members of the Human Resources team to provide compensation support for functional organizations that span across all business units.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supports the compensation team through detailed analysis of compensation programs and initiatives
Participate in compensation salary surveys to assist with benchmarking and market pricing
Provide analytical support to HRIS & HRIT regarding configuration, reporting and administration
Routinely audit programs and processes for compliance and respond to audit requests
Assist with annual compensation process (merit, bonus, equity), as needed
Administer Employee Stock Purchase Plan:
Administer monthly global ESPP enrollments and purchases
Coordinate with tax for SAFE and tax code management
Incentive Compensation Administration:
Assist in processing retail incentive programs
Support planning and documentation around internal processes
Administer and manage plan documentation to teammates
Track and ensure timely payment for all one-time bonuses/awards
Research, model, and support program enhancements/changes
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Advanced Excel skills to create spreadsheets and interpret data
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with SuccessFactors and MarketPay preferred
Working knowledge of federal and state labor laws and common compensation practices and procedures
Growth mindset, collaborative style of working and ability to work well in a matrix environment
Experience in a change-oriented & fast paced organization would be an advantage
Education And / Or Experience
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in compensation, human resources, finance or related fields
Other Requirements
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from global headquarters in Baltimore, MD
Work-Life Integration (WLI) Designation: Two (2) days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote

Base Salary Range: $64,014 - $88,056 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
