ADP is hiring a National Accounts Strategic Advisor:

As part of our Strategic Advisory Services team, you will provide insight, actionable ideas, and value-added support to ADP's enterprise clients to help them design and execute on their Human Capital Management (HCM) strategy. You will also be responsible for partnering with our salesforce and client success executives to help differentiate ADP from the competition, and for advancing ADP's brand by delivering subject matter expertise through consulting, thought leadership, presentations, publications, and client engagements.

The nature of what you do every day will continually change - your #1 goal is to help clients who have over 1,000 employees, analyzing data and trends, understanding their desired outcomes, creating evidence-based recommendation and action plans. You will apply your industry and subject matter expertise and serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders. The role often requires extensive partnership with our client success executives and developing recommendations to help clients navigate complexity with insightful and pragmatic recommendations that will help them meet their HCM goals and objectives. Deliverables include the development of a customized work plan or workbook at the end of your engagement, which will include recommended next steps and how to engage ADP Professional Services or Project Services to execute on those recommendations, as appropriate. Communications skills, consultative client discussion skills, public speaking and presenting to C-level executives, and being a self-starter are all required for the position.

To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable establishing, developing, and nurturing your internal network. You must understand the needs of HCM leaders and know how to partner with them to influence other executives, leaders, managers, and teams. You will often be called on to develop a business case for change and utilize that case to assist with building buy-in and adoption. You should have an executive presence and influence and be respected as a trusted advisor to C-level executives. You will also be required to continually look for ways to add value by keeping pace with HR specific knowledge and trends. In return, you will have the opportunity to develop trusted relationships with colleagues and clients, be respected as a thought leader in this space, and represent ADP externally as we shape the changing world of work.
