This role is part of the Variable Staffing Pool( VSP), Variable Staffing Pool Humana associates work flexible hours to meet business needs, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of hours in any week. VSPs are not eligible for associate bonuses and receive limited benefits.

This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

Humana is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer that will create candidate pools for our Corporate, Digital Health and Analytics and Author by Humana teams. As the Senior Sourcer, you'll be a valued teammate that creates sourcing strategies for a wide variety of functions. You'll use various channels to look for potential candidates, contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. You'll employ your entrepreneurial and creative approach, in partnership with your aligned teammates, to bring valuable solutions from inception to implementation and facilitation of robust candidate pools. Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified candidates through creative and knowledgeable strategic sourcing. You will:

Partner with all members of the Corporate, Digital Health and Analytics and Author by Humana HR teams, as well as key stakeholders within various business areas, to align candidate sourcing with targeted positions.

Hunt for creative ways to get the attention of passive candidates and outreaches continually generate leads for a variety of functions.

Source candidates for select roles with a focus on identifying talent through various digital media, sourcing channels, and local/national outreach efforts.

Create, updates and maintain research for competitor landscape details, association meetings and conferences, and market intel

Input and maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates in the CRM database

Coordinate and execute social and marketing campaigns and strategy in partnership/coordination with TA Marketing team

Pull market analysis including compensation data and provide recommendations to the Recruiters on recruiting strategy.

Act as a Boolean logic expert

Create processes that drive long term facilitation of robust candidate pools

Hand off qualified candidates to Recruiters; Create value add relationships with Recruiter Partners

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of demonstrated experience and success creating and implementing sourcing strategies

Experience in sourcing of, or recruitment for, a wide variety of functions including technology

Experience and knowledge of passive sourcing approaches, tools and technologies

Ability to partner to create and manage social and employment marketing strategies

Experience utilizing CRMs to maintain and engage active and passive candidate pools

Strong work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency, proactive with ability to work within a team. Self-starter and able to work independently; resourceful, self-driven

Requires proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong technical ability and able to quickly pickup different systems and databases

A team player that enjoys and appreciates developing strong working relationships with peers, HR partners and Business Aligned teams

As a WAH associate, you will be required to work from your own home and no other location. Satellite and/or wireless internet connections are NOT permitted. A minimum internet speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) internet speed is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Recruiting experience in the health solutions and/or insurance industries

Strong knowledge of Boolean searches

Experience hosting online meeting sessions through WebEx or other technologies
