Summary
CHS is hiring Talent Management Program Consultant within our Human Resources team.
The Talent Management Program Consultant will partner with the Senior Director of Talent Management and lead our enterprise-wide talent strategies focusing on goals and performance management, individual and career development, as well as talent review and succession planning.
You will be an integral part of expanding our global talent and inclusion center of excellence that ensures our enterprise has a broad and diverse pipeline of talent with right skills and behaviors to help our owners grow. Additionally, the COE is working to integrate our talent and inclusion practices that empower high-performing, diverse and passionate teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the design of and implementation of a multi-year roadmap and change journey to enhance current individual development practices and design new programming to support career management efforts
Lead the strengthening, expansion and operations of our current performance, goals, and development programming that empowers employees and leaders to engage in aligning, developing, and delivering against annual goals in service of business performance and talent engagement
Refresh and redesign talent systems that are inclusive; embed equitable and unbiased practices into how we attract, develop, and retain top talent
Deliver and enhance our annual talent review and succession planning process to provide visibility to future leaders, a high-potential talent inventory, development for key successors and critical talent segments.
Support the implementation of multi-year roadmap and change journey to enhance current goals and performance management practices and design new programming to support advancing a pay-for-performance culture
Act as liaison, key collaborator and partner to develop strong relationships with the HRBP network and other COEs (i.e. data analytics, comms, compensation, L&D) and contribute to ongoing partnerships and adjoining work
Support our current competency model framework and prepare for competency model refresh
Initiative Leadership and Project Management:
Contribute to the development and facilitation of training, materials, and process leadership related talent and inclusion COE offerings and initiatives
Assist in measuring and analyzing talent and inclusion initiatives and program outcomes
Provide consultation, collaboration and support across HR and across functional/business groups to support delivering work in a matrixed team environment
Ensure smooth design, delivery, and implementation of large scale, enterprise-wide strategic inclusion initiatives
Create, monitor and adjust project schedules and summarize project progress; identify risks, mitigation plans, and resolving barriers to success
Minimum Qualifications (required)
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Talent COE
8 years experience in Talent, HR, and/or DEI
Prior experience creating, deploying and/or implementing various talent programs to include but not limited to:
Career development and competency modeling
Performance, goals, and individual development
Talent review and succession planning
Cross-cultural competence
Influential and inclusive leadership skills
Experience with HR systems such as SAP or similar programs
Training design, facilitation, and delivery
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Effective presentation skills; effective written and verbal communication skills
Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
Customer service orientation and working in a team environment
Additional Qualifications
3 years in Talent Management or Employee Engagement
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, or another related field.
5 years of professional experience directly supporting enterprise-wide initiatives in one or more of the following Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, or Employee Engagement
Demonstrated ability to:

Influence across all levels of the organization
Manage multiple competing priorities
Provide consultation to business leaders and employees on talent solutions
Be curious, compassionate, and empathetic
PHR or SPHR certification
