Description

The Clinical Recruiter 2 interviews prospective employees for hourly and salaried positions. Assists with Pharmacy recruiting from entry level to professional level roles. The Clinical Recruiter 2 work assignments involve moderately complex-to-complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

Humana is seeking a Clinical Recruiter 2 that will support recruitment for Humana Pharmacy Solutions.

Full life cycle recruitment

Consultative approach that drives productive relationships with all members of the HR team, as well as key stakeholders within various business areas

Adaptive technical ability that utilizes tools available to source, screen, schedule candidates with appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements

Ability to focus on identifying talent in competitive environment through various digital media, sourcing channels, and local/national outreach efforts

Maintains accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates and search tools working within the organization's applicant tracking system

An engaged team member that participates in a proactive manner

Required Qualifications

3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment

1 years of experience managing high volume hiring initiatives

Experience managing & prioritizing staffing needs, projects, and client relationships

Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

​Strong adaptability to work in a fast paced environment and align with business need

Strong team player and flexible to work cross functionally between multiple teams

Strong emotional intelligence to work through problematic scenarios

Highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is require

Work at Home Requirements ,Must have dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information and the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.

This role is Variable Staffing Pool( VSP), Variable staffing pool Humana associates work flexible hours to meet business needs, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of hours in any week. Limited benefits.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Previous Pharmacy experience

5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment

2 years of experience managing high volume hiring initiatives

Prior recruiting experience within both corporate and agency recruitment environments

Prior experience utilizing multiple recruiting tools and systems preferably WorkDay ATS, Modern Hire, and Symphony Talent CRM
