is seeking an Associate Product Manager – Workforce Flexibility within People Technology
where they will be integral in enabling employees to do the type of work they want, when and where they want.
This role requires fundamental product management experience and the ability to support efforts which need cross-functional team alignment with limited direction. The Associate Product Manager will contribute to team success through analysis, documentation, and backlog management.
The Associate Product Manager will maintain a customer and employee-centric mindset while delivering against prioritized outcomes within the product roadmap and helping refine the product vision with key stakeholders. They will be responsible for sprint/backlog management and must understand and utilize key customer and business metrics to help inform against priorities. They will work directly with engineering teams, user experience teams and numerous stakeholders through the organization.
The Associate Product Manager will effectively craft clear product outcomes and vision for small - medium size/complex features with limited supervision, clearly demonstrating understanding of the product goals and broader organizational needs.
The Associate Product Manager will help support measures of success through analyzing qualitative and quantitative insights towards delivering solutions to customer problems and business needs. They will also leverage customer feedback and insights to help inform future needs for Continuous Learning product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manages continuous backlog refinement in support of prioritized outcomes and key results within the Workforce Flexibility product domain
• Leads cross-functional collaboration across engineering, UX design, product managers, and key stakeholders in support of product goals
• Maintains a customer-obsessed perspective in determining minimal viable experience and success factors which can be used to test, learn, and iterate
• Supports analysis for product performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes
• Ensures the successful delivery of priorities through customer feedback from demonstrations and user acceptance testing
Minimum Requirements:
• 1.5 years of experience in product management or relative experience to this role
• 2 years related experience in a professional environment / workplace setting with emphasis on consumer products, technology or software development
• H.S. diploma or equivalent or four years relative work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics
• Servant-leadership style; high level of emotional intelligence, ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity and expert influencing skills
• Prior work experience within an agile team
• Prior work experience related to Learning Management or Experience platforms
• Ability to understand basic architectural diagrams and data flows
