Description
Position Summary:
Manages and coordinates general office functions as well as personnel administration function of the department, with a focus on assisting in entry level (hourly) and associate level recruiting and hiring.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contributes to overall HR team effort in delivering high quality service and projects.
Conduct applicant screening and first-level phone interviews with applicants for job openings to support high-volume locations.
Utilizes recruiting avenues such as candidate sourcing, job fairs, job boards, social networking to attract top talent.
Identify, develop relationships with and maintain database of market-specific community partnerships (schools, churches, government agencies etc.) to support hiring manager\u2019s local recruitment efforts.
Support the full Aramark hiring process.
Ensures the smooth flow of candidates through hiring portal.
Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in recruiting practices.
Coordinate in-person, virtual, or phone hiring events (job fairs) in partnership with local management.
Works directly with the corporate adjudication team to troubleshoot and resolve applicant hire process flow issues.
Act as a contact for all candidates throughout hiring cycle to include sourcing, interviews offers and post offer communication. Assist candidates in the post offer process (appropriate completion of offer packet and pre-employment screening requirements).
Conduct post offer surveys and follow up with all candidates as needed.
Support and help manage temp agency request
Leverage all Aramark recruiting technology, external recruiting job boards, career service centers and 3rd party sources to post all Aramark career opportunities.
Maintains compliance with ARAMARK\u2019s standards of operation. Always adheres to ARAMARK\u2019s Business Conduct Policy. Maintains all records and reports to ensure compliance, with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
Maintains compliance with all requirements of Federal, State and local regulations and guidelines including the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.
DESIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated effective relationship building skills and the ability to develop strong / influential partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community.
Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Proficient in computer programs such as iCIMS, Outlook and Excel.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
Qualifications
Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience Required: 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in a high volume environment.
Minimum Skills/Aptitudes Required: Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Pays special attention to detail. Proficient in Excel and Word.
Physical Standards: Able to lift, bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch and kneel.
