Description
The Supervisor, Rx Clinical Programs leads a team dedicated to improve overall health outcomes with a focus on prescription drugs. This Supervisor leads a team of Resource Specialists who are working to help members overcome financial barriers to medication adherence; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.
Responsibilities
The Supervisor, Maximize Your Benefit, Resource Specialist, oversees associates and processes designed to help members maximize their pharmacy benefits and reduce the burden of costs related to medications. This Supervisor will collaborate with different business areas across the Enterprise to understand member pain points and areas that drive cost in order to implement pilots and innovative programs and processes that reduce cost and improve quality. Performs escalated or more complex work of a similar nature, and supervises a group of support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight of associates. Ensures consistency in execution across team. Holds team members accountable for following established policies.
Required Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician license/certification in state of residence (FL is preferred)
PTCB Certified
2 years prior pharmacy experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy (see details below under Additional Information) and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10 panel drug test
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience leading teams
Call center phone operations leadership experience
Experience leading marketing and educational campaigns
Experience training, managing metrics and goals
Experience working with members/patients and connecting them with financial resources
Associate's degree or higher
