Manage the job posting process for all attorney and law student positions
Maintain and update the recruiting database
Coordinate the call back interview and hiring process, including but not limited to scheduling, travel reservations, communicating with candidates and interviewers, and other internal communication
Document and prepare employment correspondence
Coordinate the pre-hire process, onboarding, and orientation of newly hired attorneys and law students
Track and report statistical data
Coordinate internal meetings and assist with event planning. Request quotes, coordinate room bookings/venue logistics, catering, presenter materials, room set up, and finalize attendance numbers
Assist with summer program efforts, work allocation, events, evaluations, and support to various offices
Process invoices and track budget items
Maintain timeline for events, projects, and organization of file content
Serve as administrative support to the Recruiting Committee and other related committees
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with attorneys, staff, and other administrative departments including HR, IT, Accounting, and Marketing
Required Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a professional setting
Professional services firm experience preferred; law firm experience a plus
Possess a high-level of confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to coordinate multiple processes and tasks with competing priorities
Ability to take initiative, set priorities, and work effectively under deadlines
Flexibility in responding quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities
Ability to work independently, under the direction of others, and as a part of a team
