What will I be doing?
The Sr Manager HR Projects & Organizational Change Management (OCM) will work closely with HR Technology PPMO and will be responsible for planning and leading HR Technology/non-Technology projects. This role will support PPMO and relevant HR project owner(s) to successfully implement project(s) ensuring that project objectives are met, and the projects are completed on time and within budget.
This role will create organizational change strategies using a structured methodology, processes, technology, and experience/situational details of the group affected to assist in the completion of change initiatives. You will also evaluate and process incoming change requests from business partners with a focus on organizational change control for the cloud‐based HR system and other Total Rewards and HR Technology initiatives to drive presentations and the delivery of the function to all collaborators!
You will advocate and mitigate resistance to changes to minimize disruption while achieving desired results from initiatives that are triggered/enabled by HR Technology. This role will be focused on strategy and planning. As an HR change and support leader, you will champion enterprise change standard processes and governance frameworks that are iterative and agile. This role will report to the Director of HR System Architect within the HR Technology team.
More specifically, you will:
As a Project Manager (PM)
Support HR Technology and Total Rewards Leadership Team (LT) planning
Assist with creation of engagement planning
Will own and lead the full project lifecycle, from inception to post-deployment handoff, HR Technology/non-Technology projects.
Set up project(s) in QuickBase and maintain it throughout the lifecycle of the project providing an accurate overview of the project progress
Using PPMO tools, plan the projects and create project plans identifying tasks, owners, timelines, and dependencies based on project scope
Maintain project plans based on updates obtained from task owners and provide weekly status
Ensure project goals, timelines, and constraints are well understood across project teams and collaborators
Coordinate project activities across the various task owners, functional teams, and workstreams
Maintain a thorough understanding of the business and technical problem(s) that the projects aim to solve
Identify and report on project risks and issues, and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are in place
Ensure that all information related to projects is consistent, correct, accurate, and timely
Create and distribute project communication as defined in the project communication plan
Facilitate project meetings and calls as defined in the project communication plan
Ensure that projects align with the relevant HR Technology PPMO project management lifecycle methodologies such as Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and Waterfall
Maintain accurate project forecasts and avoid deviances to the greatest possible extent
Ensure invoices are received in a timely manner and in line with project forecast, and process incoming invoices according to company policies
As Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Provide overall team town hall support
Create and disseminate HR Technology and Total Rewards team communications
Provide vision, prioritization, and socialization with collaborators and HR business partners on HR Product and Systems key initiatives
Oversight of execution, management, and delivery governance model and standard methodologies
Relationship owner for Oracle Guided Learning product
Responsible for the execution, management, and delivery of Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy
Lead global HR System support center and expansion efforts for HR professionals and TMs across corporate, HRCC, and hotels
Accountable for release management coordination with Technology and 3rd partner vendors
Oversight of incident case management and closure for TM support inquiries
Additional ad hoc work as needed for Total Rewards and HR Technology functions

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
Seven (7) years of professional experience
Five (5) years of Project Management experience
Proficiency in Project tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word) & SharePoint
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
BA/BS Bachelor’s or higher Degree
PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications
Experience with organizational change, corporate training implementation, and/or learning management
Experience with Case Management processes, tools, and procedures
Demonstrable skills with data gathering and data analysis
Functional HR knowledge
