Description
The Talent Management Lead monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs, and modifies existing programs. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Responsibilities
This role will design skill paths, curate learning materials, and measure effectiveness of initiatives to upskill the enterprise on data, analytics, and reporting, specifically using the Microsoft Power Platform (such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate). This person will apply talent and organizational development theory/models, leverage or benchmark best practices/trends, and maintain knowledge of cutting-edge approaches in order to deliver performance-based solutions that drive measurable, lasting impact. Leverages data and analytics to measure talent strategy success, using storytelling to synthesize information and effectively convey outcomes of data analysis.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4 or more years of talent management or adult education, focused on a technical curriculum
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI
Hands-on experience creating learning programs within Learning Management Center software, such as Percipio or Cornerstone
Team player and strong collaborator both within the department, as well as Diversity & Inclusion teams, Corporate HR, and IT Learning Services
Understanding and use of talent analytics
Experience synthesizing complex and/or abstract ideas into meaningful and strategically focused communications and messages
Excellent written communication skills and story-telling
Ability to leverage data and formulate it to make decisions & drive actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to think creatively
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently through personal organization and commitment to deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people
Healthy curiosity and continuous learning ambition
Ability to accept constructive feedback and adapt
Proficiency in managing SharePoint content

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Prior experience working from home or with remote team members
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Virtual Agents
Microsoft Data or Power Platform Certifications (such as DA-100, PL-900, or PL-100)
Additional Information
Interviews will be conducted virtually through web conferences tools, including audio and video
