Job Details:
SUMMARY: The Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships as well as identifying talent for the Prepared Foods business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain effective relationships to create a pipeline of talent for the organization, internal business leaders, hiring managers, HR business partners and other HR professionals
Assist in onboarding of talent at our corporate locations
Represent the company at recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify and source qualified candidates using sourcing tool kit and techniques to attract top talent to the organization such as job boards, search engines, niche sites, LinkedIn and other social media, passive lead generation, etc.
Provide consultative full life-cycle recruiting while remaining OFCCP compliant
Other responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1 years of Human Resources or recruiting experience preferred. Ideally, exposure or experience with full life cycle recruiting.
Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in a variety of settings across all organizational levels
Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, SAP, data mining techniques, and strong scouring capabilities preferred
Ability to multi-task; detail oriented; motivated, self-starter, team oriented; determination to improve and expand corporate programs; ability to be effective with limited resources.
