The Quality Management Medical Staff Analyst works in collaboration with Quality Management, IS&T, users and customers to develop, implement and maintain electronic systems software, tools and databases across the system, to support document management and process improvement for the Medical Staff peer review process and ongoing provider performance evaluations. The incumbent completes project development/implementation, security management, software upgrades, data management, report design/creation, status reporting, training design and delivery, policy development assistance and troubleshooting user issues. The Analyst participates in efforts to continually improve the quality of work processes and recommends modifications to procedures to solve problems and maximize desired results, outputs and customer needs. Minimum Requirements:

Two (2) years of data management experience with increasing responsibility for database program design, production, administration, maintenance, support, and application enhancement required

Experience in quality management preferred

Licensed in the State of Washington Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other clinical healthcare field
