Against that backdrop, we are seeking an accomplished human resources leader for the position of Director, Human Resources Business Partner. The Director will lead the people management agenda in close partnership with the PCO Clinical Strategy and Shared Services Leadership Teams, by applying experience from various HR areas of expertise. This position requires consumer orientation and an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Within CenterWell Primary Care Organization (PCO) oversee strategy and execution of all Human Resource functions and activities within the division on a daily basis.
Will partner with the CenterWell Primary Care Organization (PCO) leadership teams to drive strategic impact of the human capital plan, drive consistent HR best practice and execution of delivery, drive culture, and fully bring to bear all HR capabilities; HRBP, Shared Services, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Data/Analytics, Benefits and DEI.
The HRBP team will function as one intact team leveraging process center expertise, regardless of reporting relationships. The Director, HRBP will be the single point of HR accountability for all aforementioned functions within the Clinical Strategy and Shared Services organizations.
Build and foster trusted advisor relationship with key business leaders. Skilled at delivering coaching and feedback to senior leaders.
Provide timely and proactive guidance and counsel to business leaders on matters involving human capital (i.e., staffing, org design, compensation, performance, talent management, succession planning, change management, etc.)
Serve as a conduit for HR needs and solutions to/from the business and facilitate the involvement of appropriate HR subject matter experts to support specific business issues.
Implement best practices and support the delivery of HR processes at the business unit level.
Identify gaps in talent or organizational capabilities, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in people management.
Lead the change management projects and manage the HR related internal and external communication.
Spearhead the implementation of new/updated HR programs or large-scale projects for the business and support technical/operational procedures and processes.
Actively participate in the design and execution of the strategic plan for the business areas.

Key Candidate Qualifications
8 or more years of deep HR experience across multiple HR disciplines, preferably in an operational environment
5 years of management experience
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Experience leveraging, and analyzing data to glean insights that drive success on complex initiatives
Ability to think strategically, work independently, and direct the work of a matrixed team
Strong relationship building skills
Process-focused, with ability to drive meaningful process improvement and user experience
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Experience leading HR teams in a large, matrixed healthcare delivery or payer system
