We will collaborate in location analysis, inclusion & diversity initiatives, and offering the best possible service to our internal clients and our candidates. This position will be supporting our health and benefits group that works with employers to develop customized benefits plans that drive engagement, promote responsibility and accountability, help participants manage health risk and chronic conditions, and reduce absences.What the day will look likePartnership with business leaders and HR partners on workforce and recruiting strategies is at the center of this role. Learning key business drivers and continually seeking to understand how each functional role contributes to the success of the business is highly valued by our team.Responsibilities include:Collaborating with hiring teams on hiring plans and approaches in the North America marketplace, using technology to perform location and talent analysis.Increasing awareness on the positive impacts of diversity and ensuring the presentation of diverse slates of candidates to be interviewed by diverse assessor panels.Implementing effective recruiting strategies and processes to ensure a high level of service delivery and ultimately improve client service delivery feedback.Continually building upon talent pipelines to tackle current business requirements and prepare for future needs.Leading frequent touch points with hiring teams and TA managers on progress and results and handling the expectations of partners.Key BackgroundMinimum of 5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience will provide a solid foundation for this role. Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract candidates and consultation and selling skills are essential.
