Job Summary

Responsible for partnering with assigned client organizations and Human Resources team(s) to ensure strategies and initiatives are met. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in the development and meeting of departmental budget.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Manage program nomination activities including identifying nominees, communication and training progress.

Conduct analysis of feedback surveys, performance and talent assessment data to prepare for talent review discussions.

Design talent decks using PowerPoint.

Track and maintain the database of talent review actions to ensure follow through and measurement of impact and success.

Partner with TM COE as a liaison to our team.

Provide analytical support of Talent Management data and feasibility of proposed business strategies.

Conduct internal and external benchmarking research for talent management to inform the broader strategy.

Evaluate development programs and assessments for client groups to inform future nominations.

Create internal slates for client groups in partnership with HR and TA.

Counsels, orientates and trains managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies. Administers Human Resources policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees.

Oversees, handles and manages employee relations issues. Assists with employee counseling, discipline and grievance handling.

Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.

Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives.

Administers compensation programs and assists in job analysis, job evaluation and performance management to ensure compliance with division guidelines.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
