WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Global Talent Mobility Consultant for the Americas geo region. This role provides strategic mobility consulting for our HR teams and business groups across Nike. The candidate needs to have strong collaborating and relationship-building skills as well as strategic problem-solving capability. The consultant needs to anticipate and understand the needs of their business group(s) and use Global Talent Mobility programs and tools to meet those needs.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The Global Talent Mobility Consulting team is aligned to our key customers to understand their business needs and deliver strategic solutions. We provide advising services to enable informed decision-making on mobile workforce investments in alignment with their talent strategy.
KEY ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Deliver advising services to strategic partners to solve their mobility challenges. Partner to set the agenda within the region based on customer input. Lead and participate in the implementation and design of mobility policies, tools, programs and processes for the region, while bringing industry insights to inform design. Build and maintain key customer relations within the region. Manage sophisticated policy exceptions and service issue escalations. Provide oversight for executive-level moves. The Talent Mobility Consultants act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and key partners for their assigned business groups. Enable talent planning and overall talent strategy. Guide and partner with other COEs on solutions.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Director, Global Talent Mobility Consulting, as part of the Total Rewards and HR Operations team. This role will partner closely with the other Consultants, additional members of the Talent Mobility Team across the Operations and Programs/Strategy pillars, as well as our Consultants in other geos (EMEA and Greater China).
Working within the Nike matrix will require strong, methodical, and collaborative partnerships with various partners within Nike including the Total Rewards Programs teams (Benefits, Compensation, and Executive Compensation), HR Operations, Compliance (including tax and immigration), Talent Management, Recruiting, HR Business Partners, Legal, Travel, Resilience, and Finance locally and around the globe.
