The HRPB II will, in addition to providing all duties of the HRBP role, will assume leadership and project management duties for Virginia Mason wide human resource initiatives to ensure timely execution and effective use of HR resources. The HRBP II provides strategic and tactical human resource consulting to achieve Virginia Mason’s strategic plan. Provides direct support to executive and front line leaders and team members on a wide variety of Human Resources related business issues that impact the assigned client group(s) and have a broader impact on Virginia Mason as a whole. The HRBP II demonstrates and maintains an effective level of business acumen and understanding of Virginia Mason’s business model, operational processes, culture and VMPS.','!*!
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or experience equivalency
10 years progressive responsibility in human resources of related field to include supervisory/management experience.
Labor union experience required. Preferred:
Master’s in Human Resources Management or experience equivalency. SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Demonstrate the ability to influence decisions in a positive, consultative, supportive manner. Must demonstrate effective problem-solving and communication skills and proficiency in developing and maintaining collaborative, customer oriented relationships.
