ENSCO, Inc. is seeking a Director of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition to deliver a strategy that attracts, develops, and retains top talent to support the growth of ENSCO.Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this role will lead a team of recruiters and recruiting specialists to attract diverse and high performing talent with a passion for technology, problem solving, and performance excellence for our customers and a desire to contribute to ENSCO’s future growth. Primary Functions & Responsibilities:Talent & Relationship Building:Oversee all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding practices to meet ENSCO’s talent needs.Will provide effective management, mentorship, coaching, and guidance to a team of Recruiters and Specialists, supporting personal growth and professional development.With Human Resources leadership, sets the vision, strategy, and goals for domestic and international talent acquisition. Uses recruiting best practices for a competitive edge over competing organizations.Defines, develops, and measures weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual recruiting metrics (qualitative and quantitative) in collaboration with the HR Leadership. Provides a cadence of requested reports.Leads in developing innovative strategies, plans, and marketing materials to promote, recruit and retain high-quality talent.Effectively manage a portfolio of projects and activities across the Talent team, including candidate experience, interviewer training, internal mobility, diversity outreach, and internal referrals.Serves to facilitate and develop a diverse pool of candidates while staying abreast with hiring trends.Screen/review online applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and ability, and develop a short list of potential candidates to forward to the hiring manager.May conduct informational interviews and candidate follow-up for select positions.Outreach and Process Implementation:Establishes an outreach strategy and may participate in conferences and network forums to introduce ENSCO to potential applicants and candidates. Attends and manages budgets for all college recruiting and hiring events.Networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees to help identify and source candidates and actively maintain a talent pipeline. Identifies and evaluates trends in recruiting.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador when representing ENSCO.Build applicant pools by researching various educational and employment agencies, recruiters, and other avenues.Recommend improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined, cost-effective services are provided to hiring managers.Inform and improve current practices and identify opportunities to enhance recruitment and talent development through facilitation and training.Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience, or equivalent, with three years of Managerial experience in a supervisory and decision-making roleBachelor’s Degree in human resource management or equivalentPreference for experience in the Technology or Government Professional Services industries working in progressive HR models. Multi-company experience is strongly preferred.Experience working effectively across all levels of an organizationSuccessful implementation of operational and strategic programs and processes across a dispersed regionAbility to assess an organization, identify gaps, and develop solutionsPossess strong influencing and interpersonal skills, honed for a demanding and high-performing work environmentMBA / MA or Advanced Degree in Organizational Development preferredPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred#LI-DM1The Human Resources Division contributes to the strategic mission of the company by providing programs and services to increase organizational competitiveness and employee effectiveness and well being.
