Description
The IT Senior Talent Management Professional works with a cross-functional team to create an effective talent development program, including college recruiting strategy, focused on building a strong, diverse talent pipeline for the IT organization. The Senior Talent Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
Working with our IT leaders and our HR business partners, this role will:
Identify opportunities for IT to expand the college recruiting efforts at all levels, including undergrad, graduate, and co-op.
Work with various partners to create a development program for incoming students that makes Humana an employer of choice in attracting the best and brightest talent.
Be responsible for researching and staying aligned on the most updated talent trends within the technology space and the top schools for Humana to target for outreach.
Support training programs focused on upskilling the IT associates, including facilitation of programs
The Senior Talent Management Professional makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4 years work experience
Ability to build and facilitate development programs, often with a blended learning approach
Possesses exceptional communication skills - Very high attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Strong ability to create and track metrics on learning initiatives, tools, and resources
Exceptional project management and facilitation skills
Ability to influence change
Comfortable with WebEx, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data analysis and benchmarking, specifically with talent trends
4 years experience in talent management and/or talent acquisition
Agile work experience or certification
Master's degree
