You will contribute to client projects with direction from experienced consultants and have the opportunity to support selling efforts and collaborate with our proposal teams. Support client executive compensation advisory engagements Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in a defined labor market to drive findings and insights for clients Perform specialized research studies on a range of compensation topics, as assigned  Research technical topics covering tax, accounting, regulatory, and disclosure requirements Analyze and interpret data and prepare summary reports Participate in presentations as a member of a team Provide routine, day-to-day support to consultants regarding the interpretation of data and findings  Maintain and update compensation and financial databases   How this opportunity is different Rewards Solutions empowers the world's most accomplished organizations to hire, retain and engage the outstanding people they need to achieve extraordinary success. This program “launches” the Aon careers of our campus hires in various full-time positions across the company.
