You will strive to learn and understand the user perspective and develop an executable roadmap for our user experience vision to be realized.

Do I have the skills?

The ideal person will have a passion for user experience and the ability to drive improvements through modern technology. It is imperative the candidate have a strong knowledge of collaboration and productivity tools. They will also need to be able translate and communicate technical information to non-technical team members to ensure the success of cross-functional project work.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of User Experience such as Communications, Psychology or Design or an equivalent degree with experience equating to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of User Experience such as Communications, Psychology or Design.

Experience: 7 plus years of experience in Information Systems or direct related experience in technology and solutions

Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills; extensive knowledge of relevant multi-user computer systems applications and or equipment; knowledge of current technology developments and trends; demonstrated experience with Project Tracking tools i.e. Microsoft Project;

Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical team members. Ability to effectively communicate written and verbally with customers, peers, and management. Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment.

Special Skills: Experience with the following: large or multiple projects and or team management; providing constructive feedback to other team members; extensive understanding of business process design and experience with a System Development Lifecycle Methodology; designing or implementing complex solutions; communicating technical solutions to the business; analyzing and interpreting information systems proposals and evaluating and developing alternative implementation plans; working productively on a cross functional team; extensive problem solving skills; leading cross functional business meetings strong knowledge of project planning tools and concepts; ability to work with a matrix organizational structure to accomplish stated goals; organizational and planning skills.

Travel: Some travel may be required. Amount of travel will be determined by individual project requirements.
