This includes proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the selection process Review and assess applicant resumes and video submissions to identify viable candidates for our opportunities across labels and business units Coach, support and guide hiring managers throughout the recruiting processu00A0 Manage all communication & language pertaining to UMG Internship newsletters, emails to business labels, universities & candidates Build out the UMG Internship Program u201Cscheduleu201D with Early Career Team (dates of events, orientation, workshops, special events, u201CIntern Lunches,u201D etc.) Partner with Early Career Program team to develop and lead recruitment readiness workshop for interns, preparing them to interview for full time opportunities at UMG, i.e. resume and interview readiness, setting expectations Partner with Early Career Team to participate in mentorship programs UMG offers Act as front line of communication for all business leaders & employees regarding UMGu2019s internship program Develop and maintain strong partnerships with university career centers, student organizations, faculty members, and alumni groups to drive awareness to career and developmental opportunities at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
