Talent Acquisition Executive – (FTC)
Job Description
We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Talent and wider People team. This role is an FTC until the end 2022, with a view to extend. We can offer the chance for a young professional at the start of their career to work on a variety of exciting Talent Acquisition daily tasks, projects, and events.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, completing administrative tasks to the highest quality, and communicating with a variety of people daily.

Role Responsibilities:
Managing Talent Acquisition administration processes such as new starter paperwork, weekly/ monthly Talent reports and financial purchase orders/ invoices
Assisting the Head of Talent and Talent & DE I Manager with arranging candidate interviews
Resourcing candidates at all levels for our sector and specialist teams
Supporting the Talent Manager with Diversity, Equity Inclusion projects and events
Working alongside the People team on a variety of Human Resources initiatives
Managing freelancer paperwork and timesheets
Track Talent spend and support on spend analysis
Daily management of our Talent system
Skills Experience:
Ability to perform in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
Experience or interest in resourcing and communicating with high quality candidates.
Strong level of accuracy, attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience or interest working with Talent systems and materials.
Experience or interest completing administrative Talent tasks.
