The Role
Finance & Central Services Manager (Flexible Working)
Hours:
35 hrs per week
Salary range:
GBP38,500 - GBP48,700 per annum

OTW Head Office - Havant
Reports to:
Chief Executive Officer
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. are recruiting for a qualified accountant with good technical accounting skills to lead the finance and administration teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accountant looking to develop their strategic and management skills with potential to become the future finance director within two years.
Main Responsibilities
Business partnering senior stakeholders in the charity to support strategic planning, budgeting and income generation
Preparing the statutory accounts, annual trustee report and coordinating the audit
Preparing monthly management accounts, including forecasts, and attending meetings with trustees.
Overseeing financial processes, ensuring appropriate controls are in place to identify and manage financial risks
Overseeing the company payroll and pensions
Overseeing an administrative support team managing HR, IT, data protection and administrative processes
Person Specification/qualifications
Skills and Experience
Essential
Fully qualified accountant with current membership of CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW
Good knowledge of FRS accounting standards, VAT and tax, and previous experience preparing statutory accounts
Strong Excel skills
Able to work independently
A team player, with integrity and a desire to help and positively influence others
Desirable
Previous experience of charity accounting
Previous payroll / HR experience
Experience of Xero accounting
