What will you be doing?
As the HR Head you’ll play a foundational role in the growth, operations and empowerment of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Marketing Cloud (IMC) China team. You’ll work alongside some of the world’s most innovative thought leaders and get to setup and maintain the highest standards of a world-class people organization.
What You’ll Own
HR Business Partnership
Partner with China GM and other business leaders and managers to understand business imperatives and articulate people priorities in line with the business.
Be the HR point of contact for employees and managers in IMC China team, based out of Beijing
Partner effectively with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, cost management, succession planning, performance management, employee growth and career maps to support a high growth business
Partner with the global COE leaders and lead all HR specialist functions for China including Talent Acquisition, Rewards and L&D
Have a deep coordination and collaboration with the central HR teams and be the voice for HR in China
Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for employee relations and performance issues
Coach leaders and managers on a breadth of topics to perform at optimal management strengths and capabilities
Analyse and leverage relevant data and provide in-depth analysis that drive people decisions
Find ways to build engagement, improve workplace relationships and sense of community to boost productivity and retention
HR Programs
Drive the implementation/ roll out of org-wide people initiatives for your teams to improve employee engagement, creating a performance driven culture and enhanced employee experience. Initiatives include, and are not restricted to, Capability building, Learning interventions, Talent reviews, Benefits policies, Rewards and recognition On-boarding and new hire orientation programs
HR Operations
Develop radically simple approaches to business challenges while keeping alignment with the organization as a cohesive whole
Manage the data integrity of our people records on the HRIS systems
Partner with COEs to prioritize and execute on the needs of the business
What are we looking for?
10 years of experience in the HR function, with at least 5-6 years in an HRBP capacity
Strong understanding of various HR work streams and domains across the employee lifecycle
Capable of translating business priorities into HR programs and workflows that drive value & meet business needs
Demonstrated record of success in improving organizational performance and developing strong business partnerships within a dynamic, hyper-growth paced environment
Evidence of successfully influencing and manage change effectively
Experience of working cross functionally within all specialist HR functions with demonstrated collaboration & teamwork
A strategic thinker and creative problem solver who takes initiative and ownership
Driving metric-based outcomes and experiences
Ability to create content and deliver effective presentations for company-wide distribution
The IMC China team is critical to the larger IMC teams globally. The China space and market and consumer behaviour is also very different and fast paced.
