We are looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to the Global Talent Acquisition team. This individual will support the existing recruiters from a scheduling standpoint as well as assist with other events and team programs. This role will work cross functionally partnering with the oher teams in the greater People Team including HR Business Partners and Learning & Development.
Responsibilities include:
Support recruiters with scheduling interviews and candidate confirmations and communications
Ensure a seamless and positive virtual candidate experience and communicate regular status updates
Post requisitions on 3rd party partner sites
Reinforce our commitment to D&I in the recruitment process
Assist in recruiting efforts for our seasonal internship program
Assist with updating and sometimes facilitating interview training and other Talent Acquisition training initiatives and opportunities
The ideal candidate has:
Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system
An impeccable attention to detail
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and quickly adapt in an evolving environment
Experience:
BA/BS degree or relevant experience
0-3 years experience in a Recruiting or Talent Acquisition function or a fast paced role where you’re juggling multiple balls at the same time
Excellent analytical skills as well as oral and written skills to communicate complex issues in a concise, straightforward way
Proficient in the G-Suite, Slack, Linkedin and other web based technologies
Self-starter who can excel in a demanding, fluid, and fast-paced environment
Brings unique experience and skills in strategy development to drive formal quantitative and qualitative analytical decision support on high-priority, strategic issues.
Exhibits curiosity, rigor, and passion towards structuring the approach and driving analyses and conclusions around complex business questions and market opportunities
