Under the direction of the relevant Apprenticeship Recruitment/admissions Lead and as a member of the Central Apprenticeship Hub you will contribute to the delivery of a customer focused, cost effective and efficient recruitment and admissions service for apprenticeships, considering and making decisions on applications in line with policies and requirements. You will respond to apprenticeship recruitment and admissions enquiries assisting potential apprentice students and those who influence them supporting them through the recruitment and admissions process. You will have a working knowledge of apprenticeships and have an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft word/Excel and outlook is essential. This position has a hybrid working pattern of a combination of office-based activity undertaken at the Emdeck site Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and working from home on Monday and Friday.
