What youll do:
- Identify emerging organizational learning and performance gaps
- Develop and implement new learning initiatives focused on system change at the corporate level
- Conduct systematic analysis and in-depth needs assessments

- Critical thinker who understands the complexities of system change

- Confident communicator with exceptional verbal, written, listening, presentation and facilitation ability
What youll need:
- A bachelors degree in education, human resources management or business administration and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- In-depth knowledge of instructional design, learning measurement and adult learning principles, practices and trends
- Demonstrated interest in continuing education
