Aon Sp. z o.o.  Job overview HR Global Operations Team provides Human Resource administrative services to Aon colleagues globally.HR Processes Specialist is responsible for supporting employee life cycle processes and responding to HR queries.Detailed Responsibilities: Processing incoming requests in line with SOPs and agreed deadlinesResponding to queries from internal and external clientsSupport of key HR colleague lifecycle processes such as employment verifications, personnel file administration, new hire processes, employee data changes, onboarding, colleague referralsResolving cases assigned Appropriately assign incoming requestActing as subject matter expert sought for counsel, knowledge and partnershipSupport steady state Workday technology and process change requests by driving requirements development, testing and migration approvals for owned business processesSupport Training needs for Workday users in subsequent phased rollouts, required releases, change requests and new system users.Ensuring SOPs and process documentation is up-to-dateCoaching less experienced colleaguesCommencing trainingsParticipating actively in Global calls and internal meetings Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in HR Administration is a must Experience of working in an international environment Advanced knowledge of HR systems (Workday would be an asset) Ms Office (excel, word, outlook – is a must, SharePoint – is an asset)Very high attention to detailsAbility to analyse data and check its accuracyFluent English (C1 level)University degree or equivalent (Cultural Studies/Human Resource/Administration would be an asset)Client focus approach Able to meet tight deadlines under time pressureAble to prioritize tasks according to volumesSpotless record and strong ethos We offer: Diverse and inclusive workplace -
