(I&D) Team drives the long term I&D strategy and provides governance. You are a proactive business partner with all internal stakeholders across all levels. In this role you drive I&D solutions to increase representation, increase development, managerial effectiveness, I&D learning and drive employee engagement across all our offices and stores in Europe for a population of 11.000 associates. You will provide an I&D lens to HR policies, programs, benefits and services to ensure that they are applied equitably and fairly to all populations within PVH. You will partner with our Internal Communications team to ensure connected, cross-cultural and engaging messaging is applied to all internal communication. In this role you report directly into the LEAD, I&D, and you manage 3 BRG leadership teams (20 people). Manage & Coach the European chapters of BRGs (WERK, UPWARD & BRAAVE), providing governance, tools, resources, data and training aligned with the Global BRG framework. Ensure continuous education of the organization on all facets of I&D, assess the learning needs of the organization; assist in the design of content; partner with talent development and external resources on the delivery of all learning. Facilitate workshops & internal events that educate our associates and our leaders across Europe. Bring innovative solutions to broaden our I&D initiatives and drive measurable business results. Develop dashboards and scorecards to drive accountability, measure progress and prioritize initiatives which support our strategy. Earn trust across a range of levels and disciplines to establish yourself and the I&D team as a trusted Subject-Matter Advisor. Experience in working in a multi stakeholder environment and continuous representing all stakeholders and their needs.
