The Workforce Management Professional 1 applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). The Workforce Management Professional 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.
Responsibilities
2nd shift: 4pm - 12:30am M-F
Every 3rd month - work Saturday night for 1 hour
The Pharmacy Solutions Workforce Management Professional 1 supports the HCPR (Humana Clinical Pharmacy Review) department by assessing organizational staffing and identifying requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. Provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple daily/intraday priorities
Provide real-time monitoring of phone call volumes/service levels, back office production queues and live chat
Constantly communicate with leadership to coordinate needed staffing adjustments based on current and forecasted results as well as provide daily performance results
Generates and evaluates staffing schedules of associate's daily activities
Process schedule change tickets from leaders in a timely manner
Create new hire profiles, schedule trainings and meetings and other project work as needed
Required Qualifications
1 year of Workforce Management experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Able to work 4pm-12:30am EST M-F. In addition, ability to come in early/stay late, work an alternate shift and work weekends and holidays as needed is required
Must be able to travel occasionally during the year if needed
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and recommended speed for optimal performance from Humana systems is 10M x 1M
Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy (see details below under Additional Information) and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3 years of experience
Prior experience in Process or Project Management
Prior experience using Verint software

Shift differential: 4pm - Midnight 12%
Midnight - 6am 15%
