The details
Our Human Resources Internship allows you the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and expand your mind in the world of HR.
You'll work individuallyand as part of a teamto build your critical knowledge and skills across a wide array of HR concentrations, including compensation, employee relations, talent management, and training and development.
This is a fantastic way to experience Liberty Mutual as a potential employer. Upon completion of a successful internship, you may be considered for a full-time position within our Human Resources group.
What you've got
You have 0-2 years of professional experience.
You're an undergrad working towards a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
You have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
You possess strong communication, organization, customer service, and project management skills.
You thrive in a past-faced environment.
You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
