Job Details:
This position is responsible for the design, development and delivery of strategic learning and development programs in support of the IT business and talent strategy. This includes supporting the overall program management for learning curriculum that is relevant and necessary for IT Team Members to be effective at their jobs. Key objectives in all curriculum development is to drive accelerated integration into teams and to be able to immediately utilize all learning experiences on the job following the training programs. Additionally, this position will be responsible for development and delivery of monthly events by the organization. Examples include Testing Month, Insights Month, etc. This role requires cross functional collaboration and engagement with all levels of the IT organization to both educate on the programs and benefits while also identifying ongoing areas of focus and opportunity. Key relationships also including working with Learning Profile subject matter experts to build programs and ensure quality and priority of learning journeys, and also ensuring learning best practices applied to the experiences. Support of learning-specific tools will be expected in this position.
Requirements:
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
Required: 1-2 plus years relevant experience in IT, curriculum development and delivery, education, or business.
