What will you be doing?
As HR Generalist, you’ll play a foundational role in the growth and development of the Engineering teams at the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Marketing Cloud (IMC). You’ll work alongside the HR Business Partners to help enable mobile’s most innovative thought leaders and work to set the standard of a world-class people organization. The role will require you to spend around 30% time toward People Manager Partnering, 20% on People Programs and 50% on People Analytics & Operations.

Partner
with people managers to
understand business plans and
to develop and implement
people focus areas
that include leadership development, career development, culture, workforce planning & recruitment, rewards, organizational design and development, organizational change management, succession planning, retention, and engagement
Coach
people managers on a breadth of topics to develop their strengths and improve their effectiveness
Act as
Culture
steward
to help socialize and embed **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s culture code and engineering operating principles into various HR processes, people’s behaviours, and actions
Serve as a
people advocate
and find ways to
improve engagement
workplace relationships
and
develop a
sense of community

boost productivity

Design and deliver
radically
simple solutions
to people challenges while ensuring alignment with the organizational priorities
by partnering closely with specialist HR teams such as
Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Total Rewards

People Programs
Be a strong sounding board, thought leader and executor for
organization-wide people programs for your teams to improve employee experience and performance
Partner with specialist HR teams and business on areas such as
Employer
brand, Culture,
Learning & Capability building interventions, Talent reviews, Job rotations, Benefits, Rewards and recognition, On-boarding and New-hire orientation programs
People Analytics & Operations
Develop One-HR dashboards to provide meaningful insights and imperatives to business leaders by working closely with specialist HR teams on areas such as recruitment, engagement, retention, development, and rewards
Manage and own data integrity and records on HCM platform – this includes monthly validation of data, tagging changes and validation of recruitment trackers
Partner with HR Operations team to drive process related operations across recruitment, onboarding, talent reviews, payroll, compliance, international relocation, immigration, transfers, exit management & interviews and HR letters
Work in partnership with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Total rewards, and Operations teams to provide valuable support, programs, and developmental offerings to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.ans
Employee SPOC for any query/ first level issue resolution. Manage employee queries pertaining to policies and guidelines as required and effectively handle employee counselling and basic grievances
Effectively distil the pulse of the practice by frequent 1:1s with employees to understand their challenges, offer support and necessary coaching
Manage any employee relations issues end-end including investigation and consequence management
Drive continuous improvement in HR operations by building processes and automation
What are we looking for?
Master’s degree in Human Resources with 3-5 years of hands-on HR experience
