This is an ideal position for those with prior recruiting experience looking for a high-volume staffing environment with elite clientele.
Recruiter Summary:
Source candidates for multiple industries and maintain an active pool of skilled candidates -- we have positions in administrative, clerical, accounting & finance and warehousing
Conduct talent calls, interviews, interview preps and orientations
Manage temporary associates on assignments. Handle staffing emergencies, job coaching and terminations
Document and maintain all candidate and client information in company database timely and accurately
Ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating processes
Post job advertisements on CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn and other PS social media sites
Attend daily team staff meetings
Qualifications for Success:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Must enjoy talking on the phone and interacting with people all day!
Must have a designated work space free from distractions to work virtually
Must have a great attitude - you consider yourself a people person
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Experience in recruiting support, customer service or call center roles a plus
MS Office proficiency
Other Details:
Schedule: Monday- Friday between 7:30am- 5:30pm
