This role is 100% office-based working
Description
Reporting to the Finance and Operations Partner, the role of HR Manager will take full responsibility for all generalist People matters at this busy organisation.
You will oversee a small team and take responsibility for duties including:
All aspects of recruitment, on-boarding and inductions
Employee relations casework and performance management
Creating a healthy work environment that fosters diversity, inclusion and collaboration among employees
Improving, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures
Implementing programs to improve the employee experience of the organisation as a workplace
Arranging services for employees, such as counselling services
Salary negotiations and pay reviews
Manage all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems
Managing the reception team
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven HR background.
You may currently be a HR Manager looking for a new challenge. Alternatively, you maybe a proven HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor looking for the next step in your career.
